Rumors are swirling that Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Connelly clashed on the set of their new movie, He’s Just Not That Into You. In fact, one report even claimed that the former Friends star refused to share a Marie Claire cover with the Oscar winner. “It’s so absurd,” costar Ginnifer Goodwin tells People. In fact, Goodwin – who was in L.A. last week to be honored as the Max Mara Face of the Future award at the Women in Film Crystal+Lucy Awards – described the cast as an “extremely supportive, collaborative group of gals.” (The movie also stars Drew Barrymore and Scarlett Johansson.) So where do these rumors come from? “I think it’s so fun for people on the outside to try to create dramas,” the actress said at the event (where she was cheered on by her mom and boyfriend Chris Klein). “But on my side … these rumors make me laugh.”

Jennifer Aniston allegedly threatened to pull out of a magazine photo shoot if co-star Jennifer Connelly joined her on the front cover. The former Friends actress had agreed to appear in a new issue of America’s Marie Claire magazine to promote latest movie He’s Just Not That Into You but reportedly didn’t want Connelly featured in the main photographs. Now a Brooklyn postercouple appears to be leaving for a stereotypical celebrity ‘hood as well. The $6,995,000 penthouse at 288 West Street that recently sold was scooped up by Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly. The 4,000-square-foot Tribeca loft has a drop-dead-gorgeous private roof deck, and while leaving Park Slope must have been a tough decision, the recent $995,000 pricechop on this apartment probably made it a bit easier.

Yesterday’s blockbuster news that Park Slope powercouple Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly are ditching Brooklyn for Tribeca focused on the gorgeous $7 million penthouse they are buying on West Street. So let’s have a peek at the 9BR, 3.5BA home on Prospect Park West, which measures in at over 5,000 square feet. All of the wood carving and plaster work is original and in “perfect condition.” There are fireplaces in the living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen, and in 3 of the 4 “master” bedrooms. The top floor is the servants’ quarters, with four small bedrooms and one full bath for sharing. There’s a gated rear yard, and central A/C is a nice modern touch for those Brooklyn summers. British actor Paul Bettany suprised onlookers by sporting a pair of boxing gloves on a night out with his wife Jennifer Connelly. The Wimbledon star was out for a romantic dinner in New York with the 37-year-old actress when he decided upon the unusual accessory. Bettany held Connelly in a tight embrace in front of the paparazzi, but it was unclear why he was wearing the bright red gloves.
